Default Geothermal Heating and Cooling(GSI Geothermal) & heat pump water heaters/hvac

Tired of high propane, natural gas, or fuel oil prices? Sick of paying out your a-- to heat your home through the winter? Consider installing a Geothermal system. There is no time like the present to make a great investment into your home.

My name is Dan(co-owner, worker), and my father Donald Gyde(owner).
Geothermal Specialties
http://www.geothermalspecialties.com

We are now featuring BOSCH systems. Same Bosch that makes kitchen appliances, car parts, ect. They bought up Florida Heat Pump and have brought the systems and quality to a new level.

http://www.geothermalspecialties.com

We installed a system in our home back in 2001. It has operated flawlessly since then. We set the thermostat to 72 in the winter and 68 in the summer. Currently in a 2,100 square foot ranch with a finished basement. It only cost us about $400 a year to heat and cool our home. Check out our website for tons of info on how it works, benefits, and pricing.

We service and repair all makes.

Also install heat pump and on-demand water heaters. You can save even more on your water heating. All still made by Bosch.

And as a more affordable option, if geothermal is just impossible budget wise, we are now installing air heat pumps. Its the one that looks like a large A/C unit that will cool as well as heat your home until it drops below 20* outside. Its doubled with a high efficiency furnace for supplemental heat(below 20* or as a secondary heat if demand is high). If your furnace is already new or near new, the heat pump can still be installed. You can save big with this option still.

Yes. It can heat and cool your home, as well as heat your water. We also can do in floor heating.

We service regular AC and furnaces, too. Give us a call. You won't find a better price for the quality.

Theres also that huge tax incentive for Geothermal Systems. Its still going. A full 30% of final cost, installation and equipment.

I just wanted to drop a note here that these guys are very honest and stand behind their word and there work. I have witnessed them recently take care of a customer in a big way and they really didn't have to. As a business owner myself I cannot let this type of character go unnoticed.

Had to update this. I forgot about it.

We have Bosch now. Have been installing on demand and heat pump water heaters. Also have started putting in air source heat pumps(outdoor units) that cost much, much less to install and still offer fairly large cost benefits.

If your A/C is broken, and geothermal is out of reach, check out pricing on our air source heat pumps and save big next winter, too.

I started a Facebook to showcase some of our work. Still working on getting pictures up.https://www.facebook.com/pages/Geoth...61865767332025

Also a name change. GSI Geothermal Specialists Inc. You'll be seeing the new vinyl on our work vehicles and road signs will be appearing in front of houses as soon as we can start digging.

We have a small geothermal system sitting on hand we would like to get rid of. It will do a 1,200-1,800 square foot home. Still new, never ran. Willing to give a hell of a deal to get rid of it.

Also, unlike some, we give quotes it's for the complete job. No hidden charges or work. We give a price for everything. Electric, escavating, metal work, new humidifier, and thermostat.
