Default My camera broke

Now Cannon is offering me a couple options, two of the three I really dont want but this one interests me...

Thank you for your reply. Yes, the Rebel XT kit is the Digital Rebel XT
camera, silver. It comes with the 18 - 55 lens and all software, battery, charger and cables needed to connect it to your computer.

The camera comes with an 6 month replacement warranty and all of the accessories but the camera is refurbished. $299

What do you think? I am going from a 2 year old point and shoot.

Uhh, that's pretty cheap with a lens.

You can't even find the body for that..

shitty price for a refurb if you ask me. Mine wound up being $350 brand new, body and lens, etc.

refurbished products are usually better (especially for the price).

If its got a 6 month warranty i would imagine if something doesn't go wrong in 6 months, that the original problem for the refurb probably isn't going to cause you any trouble.

silver camera = gay.

especially when all of your accessories will be black.

It's the replacement policy that Canon has, and they also know I have purchased 3 cameras from them in the past 3 years for myself and gifts.
