No new progress, calling for rain sunday, should be able to get something done by then hopefully. Here's to progress
:edit: I did sell off the shocks I had purchased. The mounting configuration allowed for 20" of wheel travel with a 15" shock. This was enough travel to allow the shock body to contact the frame at full droop. I ordered the correct length shock which will allow 16" of travel. This "should" keep the shock body off of the frame at full droop.

Sunday I spent an hour grinding and filing on that copperhead fab POS to get it to fit together. DON'T PURCHASE A FUEL CELL RING FROM COPPERHEAD FAB, I DON'T CARE IF IT'S $25, YOUR MONEY IS BETTER SPEND ON SOMETHING THAT ISN'T HACK WORK. I feel better meow.

The stock steering arm on the kingpin was in the way so I cut that off. I also reworked my track bar mount to make it look a little less like a hunk of tube welded to the side of the frame....which it is I'm going to cap the top and run the cap all the way across the frame attempting a little reach around I also built my other coilover axle side bracket. Those didn't turn out too bad IMO. Like anything else, they could be better.

I disassembled a coilover and mocked up my front clearances. I thought for sure I'd have issues packaging 2.5" shocks but it all seems to fit and clear. I have the tires off now and I'm working on my steering limitation. Can't go much further without adding to the inside of the front cover. Need to put that cover on a D60 with 5.38's to see how much I can add to the inside before I am too close. Need to loose about 3/16" still off the front to get full stock steering back turn, turn, turn, ugh

I have quite a bit of time before I "need" them. Let me know when you're going to be in town again
