Default Gearing and MPGs?

Iím going to be regearing from a 3.27 to a 4.10. Currently the explorer has 31s but in the future I am planning on running 33s.

My question is, how drastic do you thing the fuel economy change will be from a 3.27 to 4.10 on the 31s?

Right now it barely moves its own weight at highway speeds and turns about 2000rpm at 70mph, and really sucks on acceleration. A gear calculator show the rpms would jump up to about 2500 after installing the new gears. Iím thinking maybe it wonít be under as much load so maybe the gear change wonít affect me that much fuel wise.

The last thing I want to happen is to go from 19mpg to something like 14mpg.

Anyone have any real world experience?
