New motor mounts are sitting in the frame, Aw4 is bolted to it, need to take some acc off the motor and put the tj ones on so i can make sure it wont hit the frame.

Motor mounts welded in, painted. Dropped the wire harness off Thursday to get 2 more injectors added to it. After comparing wiring diagrams there is no difference in the injector wiring between any of the years tj or xj, so im having a guy add the 2 extra injectors into the old 4 cylinder harness and gonna either use a xj or tj computer as i have both. As soon as i get the harness back im gonna put it back on the motor and drop the motor in and begin the trans install and skid building process.

Well i dont know if it will work, but going by the wire diagrams it should. I cant seem to find a knock sensor on the xj motor but maybe they dont have one. Time will tell. T-case is in, looks like i did like i planned and will have a flat belly set up. Going in tomorrow to start buttoning up the little things.

The things I read about all said that the dash wiring wouldn't match up so the gage cluster won't work unless you re=wire the dash. Hopefully that info is wrong.

True. It did not work. After some head scratching i got pissed and pulled the 4.0 back out along with everything else. I bought a 91 chevy with a low mileage motor and trans and will be installing that in a while.

BUT, I found out on on the 18th that i have cancer and this will take a back burner till that is cured. Im pissed at the world right now and will be going through a lot of shit the next month or so. So for now it sits in my garage with no drivetrain in it and the chevy sits at my dads.
