Default Cam choice for 351w?

I am thinking a E cam since it is a roller cam motor. Would the F cam be to much?

stock for now with gt40 efi setup, might get gt40 heads if I can find some for reasonable. I figure while the intake is off I would throw in a cam to wake it up.

Bronco on 40's, trail rig with some road time

I have a "unknown" cam I pulled out of a mustang, hyd. roller, lobe lift .300 on both works out to .480 valve lift with 1.6 rockers. I never did measure duration, it may be a B cam. It had a fairly rough idle and had about 8" vac. in a 302. pm me if your interested.
