Default **SOLD**86 Pontiac Firebird no motor or trans.

86 Firebird no motor, transmission, radiator or t-tops, but everything else is there as far as I know. Mileage looks to be about 135K.
I bought it for parts and then didn't use any.

Dash is in good shape.
Interior is good shape as well. Driver seat is a little worn but not through in the typical spots.

Forgot to mention, no head liner in car. Seems to be a common problem from what I have found.

If there are questions I'll find out what I can. Bought without motor and trans so never had it on the road.

$250 obo

May part out if doesn't go but would like to get it out of the yard.

T-tops shown in picture are on to keep weather out and do not go with the car. (T-tops can go with car for an additional charge.)

Could deliver for cost of fuel to a reasonable distance.

Looked up VIN number and the car is the Special Edition not the base model. I did not get a chance to dig into it to find out what the Special Edition entailed but that's what it is. Car originally a LG4 motor (305 carb).

**Found from the information tag that the car has a 2.73 rear end, not limited slip. This is good for mpg, I got over 20mpg in a TA with a 305 and a 2.73 rear.

Also I just had a battery hooked up to it and the power windows seem to work good. The power lock click and the lever moves but does not fully engage. I had a different car where I cleaned the contacts and that took care of the problem. I'm not sure if this is the same or not. I also tried the lights out and they seem to go up good. They did hesitate a bit on the way down but after turning on and off a few times it seemed to do fine.

**Any interest if I part it out? Let me know what you may need. If there is enough interest I'll part it.

The tops are currently on the car to keep the weather out. I was not planning on selling them with the car.
For the right price the tops can go with the rest of the car.
Sorry for the confusion.

There is some rust but not bad for an 86. The second picture, (the side profile) you can make out the worst of it. Around the wheel wells like normal, mostly at the bottoms front and rear. There is a dent on the driver side fender right next to the hood.
I have not looked under the car much so I don't know about rust under. The exhaust looks newer.

I can get pics of a specific area or better ones of the rust if wanted. I have to dig up a camera so it might take me a couple days. I can also post or email larger pictures as well. Let me know what you want to see and I'll get it.

Do you know if it had a TBI motor in it or carb?

I'll check the VIN tonight when I get home and find out what it was originally.

The original motor was a LG4 which from what I could find appears to have been a carb motor.
Looking at the VIN the car also appears to be the Special Edition not a base model. I'm not sure what the Special Edition entails but that's what it is.
Hope that helps. Let me know if there are any other questions,
