Default 92 Cherokee [5.5 Lift, long arms, 33's] - SOLD

1992 Jeep Cherokee Pioneer

I need something less extreme and nicer looking. I just don't have the time or money to go wheeling and I'd rather see it go to someone who will use it for what it's built for.

THE BAD:
Gas tank leaks at the seal(pump is brand new, just needs the $2 seal replaced.), steering is somewhat loose(comes with spare steering box), windshield is cracked(It's a Jeep thing), needs new rear floors(comes with oem floorpan), some vibes(can travel freeway speeds), gas gauge doesn't work(float is stuck on one of the baffles in the tank), no key for door locks(includes door lock cylinders that match the ignition), drivers side window motor is weird, but rolls up and down, rear doors can't be opened from the outside(can be from the inside though), no rockers.

THE SPECS:
133,XXX Miles
Drivetrain:
  • 4.0 Liter
  • Raised Air Intake
  • No Cat. Convertor
  • Flowmaster 40 Muffler w/ Custom Tailpipe
  • AW4 Transmission

  • 4.10 Gears
  • Open Diff
  • 97+ Axle Shafts
Ford 8.8(used ruffstuffspecialties swap kit, perfect pinion angle)

  • Door lock cylinders that match the ignition
  • Entire Omix-Ada replacement floor pan(from the front of the back seats to the hatch)

$2300

No trades please. The only thing I'm interested in partial trading for is a nice set of 31's with or without rims for my ZJ. I'm picky though.

I'm located in Garden City(about 20 minutes west of Detroit) and will meet within an hour to show this to someone or whatever.

Here's my build thread: http://www.greatlakes4x4.com/showthread.php?t=41358

Don't post in this thread unless you are ACTUALLY interested in buying it.

Wow. What a cool Jeep.

I hope to be taking this thing up to Gladwin on Thanksgiving weekend, so if someone wants to check it out(or ride some trails in it), we can probably arrange something.

The gas tank is leaking at the $2 seal again.

Going to replace the front yoke with a u-bolt yoke this afternoon.

Serious price drop effective until the end of the weekend. I want this thing out of my sight.

Top, I'm free all weekend if anyone wants to come look at it/test drive it. It's perfectly drivable as is, just can't fill the tank, it's for 2/3 - 3/4 of a tank right now.

Top. This is a good price for a turn key, solidly built rig.

If nothing else, rob it of excellent parts for your rig...

Willing to work with the price a little.

If I had another daily driver, I wouldn't mind trading for a snowmobile or dirtbike, but they're just not options for me

Sorry and thanks anyways.
