Default Ranger tire size

I have a 93 ranger ext cab short box with a 3 inch body lift. What will I need to do to run some 34 x 10.5 x 15 ?

3" body lift should allow you to run 33's if it was a 4x4 to start with. Why do you want to run a 34 x 10.5?? that is a tall skinny ass tire....

I don't really want to get a lift but yet want as much ground clearance as possable and I have been told that 33s will fit so if I go one up and a little thinner I'm hoping they won't rub to bad

it might fit, but it will be very tight. both rubbing in a turn, and hitting the inside edge of the fender.

Cheapie solutions:

Spacers under the front coils, a 3/4 spacer will actually net 1" of lift (approximately)

Rear, 2 choices: Explorer leaf springs, drop shackles for a fuillsize Chevy (Rangers are opposite, so they'll actually lift their advertised drop) - Each is usually accredited for about 2" of lift, explorer springs slightly less if they're worn much, 1.5" or so.

Get her alligned afterwards and with 4" up front and 4.5" or so out back you should be pretty good for skinny 34's. only a 3" BL is a little to close to call. And shame on you if you have much more than $100 into it afterwards, and depending on where you take it, alignment included.

What tire are you running anyways?

Thanks for all the tips. Anyone have aftermarket bumpers that they want to sell? Or a mini spool for a ranger 8.8?
