Regardless, I know Scott well enough, that I'm 50/50 on what his intentions were with leaving it at such a simple statement:
• Scott's recent encounters with folks that share Obama's race have him fed up enough that he meant it as he simply stated it.
or, he was referring to the outcome of Biden actually being the President vs. Obama. Be it a sniper scope, or Obama's addiction to cigarettes, or a simple plane crash.

Scott is a good pot-stirrer at times, so he just as easily could have meant it either way lately. :)

Regardless, there were, and had been similar statements expressed about the importance of McCain's choice of running mate, due to the conjecture of whether not he would survive a full term...

oh, edit: besides, obama supports murder - he's a baby killer remember? :p

I'm actually fairly laid back, but I'm just sick of all the blind bandwagoneering about "change" - this country is in for a rude awakening when all their hopes and dreams don't come true and all the smoke and mirrors of his campaign are hit the the harsh realities of attempted action...

Yea... I do agree... I wish he did have more experience. In 2004 I never dreamed that he would start running in 2006 for the 2008 race.

I also wish that McCain was 8-10 years younger so that I would not be so afraid of Pailin.

Back before the overpopulation of mankind, there were times when it was legal. Also helmet kids were not allowed to mate with other helmet kids. Can we decriminalize shootings as long as they take place in an old west fashion?

On topic:
I find it funny that the only person who votes more to the left than nobama, is an out spoken socialist. Why go with the guy that is damn close to the middle as opposed to the guy that is borderline socialism?.?.?.?

I dont see why anybody is so worried about her. McCains health is fine. Anybody who votes for nobama because of her needs to just not vote. Shes McCains answer to husseins father. Shes really just in it for the wordrobe and family trips anyways.

Stirs pot.... A rude awakening might be better than our current nightmare ...end pot stirring

I'm voting for Obama but I do wish he had more experience than he currently does. I think military experience in these times would also be beneficial though I do not think it necessary. I still think he is the best choice and I also think he is a good choice.

CAPITAL GAINS TAX
MCCAIN:

0% on home sales up to $500,000 per home (couples). McCain does not propose any change in existing home sales income tax.

OBAMA:

28% on profit from ALL home sales. (How does this affect you? If you sell your home and make a profit, you will pay 28% of your gain on taxes. If you are heading toward retirement and would like to down-size your home or move into a retirement community, 28% of the money you make from your home will go to taxes. This proposal will adversely affect the elderly who are counting on the income from their homes as part of their retirement income.)

DIVIDEND TAX
MCCAIN:

15% (no change)

OBAMA:

39.6% - (How will this affect you? If you have any money invested in stock market, IRA, mutual funds, college funds, life insurance, retirement accounts, or anything that pays or reinvests dividends, you will now be paying nearly 40% of the money earned on taxes if Obama becomes president. The experts predict that 'Higher tax rates on dividends and capital gains would crash the stock market, yet do absolutely nothing to cut the deficit.')

INCOME TAX
MCCAIN:
(no changes)

Single making 30K - tax $4,500
Single making 50K - tax $12,500
Single making 75K - tax $18,750
Married making 60K- tax $9,000
Married making 75K - tax $18,750
Married making 125K - tax $31,250

OBAMA: (reversion to pre-Bush tax cuts)

Single making 30K - tax $8,400
Single making 50K - tax $14,000
Single making 75K - tax $23,250
Married making 60K - tax $16,800
Married making 75K - tax $21,000
Married making 125K - tax $38,750
Under Obama, your taxes could almost double!
INHERITANCE TAX
MCCAIN:

- 0% (No change, Bush repealed this tax)

OBAMA:

Restore the inheritance tax
Many families have lost businesses, farms, ranches, and homes that have been in their families for generations because they could not afford the inheritance tax. Those willing their assets to loved ones will only lose them to these taxes.

NEW TAXES PROPOSED BY OBAMA
New government taxes proposed on homes that are more than 2400 square feet. New gasoline taxes (as if gas weren't high enough already) New taxes on natural resources consumption (heating gas, water, electricity) New taxes on retirement accounts, and last but not least....New taxes to pay for socialized medicine so we can receive the same level of medical care as other third-world countries!!!

Because Obama is the slickest marketing of a candidate ever seen in the U.S. The whole "Obama" phenomenon is just that - a marketing/media phenomenon, driven by the most high-powered, well-funded organization seen to date.

Even his "platform" of "change", backed up by some vague and general "plans" is all marketing spin.

The proof of this is the inability of Obamatoids to offer a single, concrete benefit that he'd offer. They can't - it's all spin and packaging. Brilliantly executed, but spin and packaging nonethless.

This is one time I will blatantly disagree with you.

That would make him a martyr, there would be riots, protests, and million mom weepy-eyes and give us another holiday.

Other than that, I'd donate the bullet.

They (Obamanoids) want to ban everything.
I don't know if you keep up on Brady literature, but they are preparing to ramp up for Obama.

Back on topic of the OP

http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn...502011_pf.html

Of course they all want what is best for americans.

I'm reminded of the battery analogy by Morpheus in the Matrix.

But this guy is pretty entertaining
