Nice retort. Usually it turns to name calling and e-thuggery but you stepped above that and kept it civil.

So what kind of person am I?

What do you think I do for a living?

What do you think my level of education is?

What party do you think I voted for in the latest election in my town?

Let 'er rip!

You work in a hospital, your like Dr House only rugged, and you periodically beat a patients ass cause they won't listen to your always correct advice

What do you think my level of education is?
They haven't yet named that high of an educational level

What party do you think I voted for in the latest election in my town?
Thats not a fair question, for the simple fact we are not familar with your local politics. Your best friend may have run on the party ticket you don't support.
I have both Dem and Rep signs in my yard.

i dont really know who to vote for, as of now im not sure if im going to. there must be more research done!
FYI im leaning to mccain, obama makes alot of promises, and seems like he wants to be president for the 24 hour chef or something. im sure obama's ideas are what NEEDS to be done.
not what WILL be done. if you know what i mean

I was wrong to say that I know what kind of person you are. All I really know is that you come off as a really vain, all-knowing, jerk. I don't know what you do for a living, but I'm sure it's something way more important than what I do. I'm sure you have several degrees from top universities (so does Bush by the way). As far as what party you voted for, I don't know/care. Unlike you, I vote for a candidate, not a party. You make generalizations about members of this board, yet you post here with the rest of the "DUDES ON HERE WHO ARE VOTING FOR MCCAIN BECAUSE PALIN IS HOT".

So why don't you tell me how foolish my comment is. Explain to all of us why your education makes your view so superior to my own and the other guys on this board that you've slammed for spelling and grammer mistakes.

Let 'er rip

Grand Master

You are actually pretty close on your last reply. You are right that I make generalizations about people like AJ Hall and Gehtowheeler. Why? Because they dont take the time to a) fact check their statements b) spell properly

I am not the only one who gets bothered by bad spelling - Sandals signature is for spellcheck FWIW.

If you dont take the time to at least check your spelling, you obviosuly do not care about what you are saying. Sure a mistake sometimes is human, but to spell like a 4 year old (Gehtowheeler) tells me one of two things 1) you dont care 2) you never finished elementary school. Why would I ever take someone seriously who a) doesnt care or b) never finished elementary school?

As far as education goes, it is very important but not everything as you suggest. Plenty of things can be learned through life experience, but some cannot. Someone who is not a teacher doesnt see how bad No Child Left Behind is in the same light. You cannot be a teacher without an education nowadays.

A college education exposes you to a immense amount of new ideas, people and thoughts. It makes you a well rounded person rather than only listening to what your Dad tells you about politics. It helps make you a free thinker.

It is pretty obvious that many people on here just spout the same rhetoric they hear on Fox news and never bother to look up the facts. It is all they watch at home on TV, it is all their friends talk about around the water cooler. If someone disagrees with their rightist ideas, they jump all over them and call them "commie" "Terrorist" "anti american" etc. These are the ramblings of the desperate and un-informed.

If these same people traveled more, they would see that all of America is NOT just like their little town and that there are a lot of people in the USA that are not like themselves. These people are just as american as joe the plumber and want to feed their families just like you. Sure there are some douchebags out there working the system, but so did Rush Limbaugh and he is a right wing hero (oxycodone addiction, 400,000,000 salary, etc)

So to summarize, I am not saying I am better than you, but when you make a blanket statement such as "Your lack of intelligence (and those like you) will be what gets us a racist, socalist, and elitist president." You sure sound like the angry right wing republican around the water cooler who spouts rhetoric because you are out of useful thoughts and arguments.

I do work with Hospitals, I am pro life personally, I voted republican (Kitty Rhoades) and I am still going to school.

I am with you on having and signs in my yard. The local elections are pretty interesting around here, there are a lot of good candidates, and a lot of the are just cut and pasting the national democratic platform for their own. Kinda sad.

x 10000

I would also add voters that don't have enough balls to vote for a candidate they want, instead vote AGAINST a candidate they don't like.

You know what? After reading this post, twice, I have to say that I would actually like to talk to you in person someday. You are right about me being an angry republican. When I hear someone say "it's all Bush's fault" It makes me angry and sad that people are so easily brainwashed by the "drive bys" (to quote my right wing hero). My comments about Obama are mine, and not what Rush or Hannedy (sp) have drilled into my head. If you would like, I would happily explain to you how I have come to these conclusions.

I would also like to apoligize for insulting your intelligence. It was rude and uncalled for, but you somehow really get under my skin.

I just hope that if Obama gets elected, it's by people like you and not those who are voting for his skin color or his Robin Hood policies.

That would make sense because in your other post you said "You are right about me being an angry republican" and if your really a conservative Democrat then you could still have that seemingly always present Democrat compulsion to lie. LOL
