Default Help with old toyota

My neigbor has a 90 toyota corolla it has no spark and I do not hear the fuel pump kick on. He was driving down the road and it just shut off. For it to loose fuel and spark it seems like in may be an ecm problem. But I have no manual and have no idea where to start. Any help would be great.

No specific idea, but often, there's a 'main relay' that'll kill the ECM, and other things.

On hondas of that vintage, its common for these to fail, the solder joints crack over time.

I'd start with a basic check of a chiltons or something. They might be online (the wiring diagrams) at autozone.com...
