Sleeve pressed

Anybody know how much it would cost to get a sleeve pressed into a cylinder on a KFX 400? I am looking at doing a big bore 440.

Or does anybody know a good shop to do it in the Kalamazoo/Battle Creek area?

I've had Millenium technologies do a couple of sleeves for me in the past with great results and fair prices. IIRC, they are in Milwaukee.
