Reverts back to the adjoining land owners.
They'd have records of the date it was abandoned but I didn't inquire as the date doesn't change the situation.

When I called the Midland CRC they had claimed approx 1.2 miles on either end.

From what I have found that would lead you into state owned lands on either side with one exception, there is one land owner close to the middle stretch of Magruder rd, but Magruder looks like it would be his boundry along one side of his property. But Rattler will be able to confirm or deny this.

I forgot we have a repair guy coming today for our microwave and the wife has a doc's appt. this afternoon. She works her other job tomorrow so it won't be until next week before I get to check it out.

Considering this is in my neighborhood, I'd be interested in finding out about it being legal or illegal. I've wheel just west of Magruder Rd, off Geneva and Olson...but have never went down Magruder. Like Ironman I've always heard stories of tickets, so I just stay away.

Brett let us know what you find out.

I am still yet to get to Midland County. My work schedule has been terrible lately. I might yet get there this upcoming week.
