Well, there is multiple trails here. There is the state land/seasonal road trails between 19mi and Woodward, which are legal wheeling. In spots, they intersect with the power lines, which afaik are not legal (and typically pretty boring anyways). Us locals usually call the entire set of trails "the power lines" which causes a lot of people to freak out.
