All religious people are flawed, but not all religions (assuming that God exists in the first place).

If God is real, and his word is real, then no need for heavy interpretation, just read it, it speaks for itself.

We cannot coexist, that is my answer to this thread.

It is a bunch of lies, not all roads lead to Rome.

I believe in a thing called love
Just listen to the rhythm of my heart
There's a chance we could make it now
We'll be rocking 'til the sun goes down
I believe in a thing called love
Ooh!

I wanna kiss you every minute, every hour, every day
You got me in a spin but everything is "A" o.k!

Touching you, touching me
Touching you cause you're touching me

I believe in a thing called love

What really bothers me about the coexist stickers is they imply that we don't co-exist. I'd argue there is more religious tolerance in the US these days than not. In fact, globally I can only think of the Jihadists who follow the Koran strictly to the point of killing all non-believers. I can't remember the last witch burning I attended.....

I just find it funny that you are saying that billions of people are totally wrong because they believe in Buddah, or whatever. Let's say there are 10 scrolls/tablets found which all tell a different story of a different god, why choose Christianity? Have you studied all of the other ones closely enough to make an educated decision on which one seems to be the truth? I use history as my teacher; there used to be gods for grass, wind, fire..... but as science became better understood, the gods have been cast away as nothing more than stories. Also, why is there just the new and old testaments? What ever happened to putting the Dead Sea Scrolls into the mix? It seems that it's pretty easy for religious people to omit factual details that don't match their beliefs. Answers to any of these questions would be very helpful and informative.

Are you speculating on something that hasn't happened??

Have you studied all of the other ones closely enough to make an educated decision on which one seems to be the truth?

YES

Also, why is there just the new and old testaments?

I think if you read them both you will see one is the time before Jesus and tells of his comming and the other revolves around his time on earth and the impact he had.

I don't know why it's called old and new, I guess it's like the pre game report and post game report.

What ever happened to putting the Dead Sea Scrolls into the mix?

You would have to ask the people that proposed putting them into the so called mix.

It seems that it's pretty easy for religious people to omit factual details that don't match their beliefs.
Such as????

They were already in "the mix". Most of the dead sea scrools match more modern manuscripts.
