Alright...OUTSIDE PICS!









Flextest for suspension fit:






Lower Mounts have plenty of clearance:


Going to have to move these rears in a little:


Bib Hits, going to have to trim it:

Front shocks hits the frame a little. Going to notch out a little of the frame:




Front Lower mounts have plenty of clearance:

I was going to try to have it done by this weekend, but I mgith need one more day on the following weekend to get it completed.

I cut the length down 6.5", I cut the width down in the middle 4.5". I am very pleased with it's stance and overall look and feel!

Stuff left:
Skins
Seat Mounts
Finish Hyrdo steering lines
Paint the cage
Finish some odds and ends wiring wise
Relocate the rear upper shock mounts
Notch the front frame for shock clearance
and some misc odds and ends

about the "bib hitting" ... how much up travel do you have? and would adjusting that fix that issue? or would you rather not limit up travel?

It only has 5" of uptravel. I will be able to trim the bib enough to clear for the most part. I might have to put bumpstops on to limit it to 4" of up travel. Once I get the airshocks tuned right, I will flex it again and take a look!

Yep, I bought some grade 8 bolts this morning. I still need to take the shocks out and add oil and get them tuned, I will be putting the right bolts in then.

I am going to use that rubber mat stuff (I think it is like hallway runner) in the front engine compartment like I had before. I am going to try to find some thinner black plastic for the cab area inner panels.
