I wish I could have made it over, as I'd like to see the shop in person. I'll vouch for the great shop service from Jared, Jeff, etc., as well.

Any of you guys looking for used items? Jared has tons of used items in his inventory, anything from like new flares, stock shocks, stock springs, dana 44 4.10 gears, stock bumpers and list goes on....I was over there yesterday and couldn't believe the amount of stuff he had! If any one owns a collision shop this would be a great place for parts.

still waiting on 4 messages in for Jared. "he will call you right back" hahahahahaha

Oh yeah, that was a month ago, when I put together a group buy for him.

Oh well. Dan from Blue Torch took care of me.

Good business models do not involve customers being persistent in contacting sellers.. But to each his own.

Oh well. Like I said, Dan at BTF (who is the owner) called me back within 10 minutes, so he received my very large order of armor for my jeep.

Jared is a really nice guy, but I was at least hoping for some kind of response since I put together a fairly large PSC order for him.

Understandable. I know he could be better with getting back with people. I know you shouldn't have to be persistent...it's just what I have observed.

I've never had a problem up there myself, Jared always calls me back the same day. I bought my TJ from him a couple of years ago and when I went to put a lift on he didn't charge me labor. I've spent thousands since then and always get great service.
Some have bad experiences and some have good.
I'm sorry to hear about some of yours.
take it easy,
Chris

Default yep

Never going to TJO agian. Wouldn't warranty work the did. They said I had water in front diff when I had just changed it the day before. They blew up my front axle cause Jared was rushing to get work done and took someone off my Jeep and put them on another before they finished mine. Can't rely on the times they tell you ur jeep will be done. In the long run i got fed up with my jeep and right after I pick it up from TJO I went stright to the dealership and traded it in.

I had a good experience with them. Any time I needed to talk to Jared I usually got him or did get a call back. The work they did for me was good. No issues at all. The only negative was they were s-l-o-w. Kept saying it would be done by X and it wasn't.

A very mild "Casey" comment, I'm disappointed. Work on it.
