94 explorer blower motor

blowre motor only works on high or not at all what could it be

It's definatly the blower motor resistor block

it's like $12 at the dealer, takes 1/2 hour or so to change

Yup, sounds like the resistor. You might want to check out the connector also, they sometimes melt down when the resistor goes bad.
