Default 304 Dipstick and dipstick tube

Lookin for a dipstick and the tube going down to the oil pan. The 304 I just got just has a bolt in the hole. I would like to know how much oil is in my engine.

If you end up buying a new one, be careful what you buy. Many are not manufactured to the correct diameter. Bulltear has some info on this.

I'll go look at the two core blocks in the garage and see if the tube survived on either of them.

X2 the aftermarket ones are junk. I bought four in a row, all from different places, all the wrong diameter. Ended up threading the hole and installing a custom made screw in. worked great

I have a couple 304's headed to the scrap yard. If you want to pull a tube and dipstick I am sure they would be cheap.
