Default Shackle Lift Kits

Anyone ever use one of these on a fullsize truck, in particular a 3/4 ton reg. cab longbox. I was looking at the ones that TsLifts.com has but not really that sure of the durability/strength of these units. I am trying to do a budget lift for the rear only on my 79 f-250. I need to get about 6-7 inches to catch up with the front but the truck came from ford with 3" blocks already there and I can only get 1 more inch before getting unsafe and illegal.

Any help would be great or if someone might have a set of lift springs for the rear that would be awesome as well.

Thanks

Ride gets stiffer as you add leaves, but you should be able to as much as double the number of leaves, and just accept the stiff ass ride, it'll be strong for sure, you can get leaves at any junkyard.

I just ordered new springs about 5 minutes ago, custom built right in GR. Will be ready in 2-3 days.

thats the one. ruffstuffspecialties.com has one out now also that gives you a bit more choices in lift heights but costs about 180. looks like a good set up.
