Default Body mounts

well i looked and one or two of my body mounts are rusting out. now to avoid my body falling in and caving id like to make a new one, or get a new one. questions being how do i make one? my guess is 1/4" plate cut into the shape and welded but i would like to know whats best. and if they ARE available; where could i purchase one?

why would i want a used rusty one?
what is your unhealthy obsession with circular saws?
id probably use a 4-1/2" angle grinder with a cutting disc

did you try jeffs bronco graveyard...... if its just the top of the mount like where the hole is in the top, if its rusting out getting larger you could weld a 1/4 in plate to the top of it and cut your own hole.. my brother has a 78 bronco he is doing a frame off resto and the rest of his mount was solid but just the top was letting the mount fall threw so he welded a plate to it to the same size can;t even tell it was touched now... he has gotten every single body part frame and axle parts from jeff's most everything is in stock to
