The inlaws didn't suffer much damage, they were lucky.
(their neighbors caught a 2.5' dia tree center roof that sank into the walls 3')
the tahoe took the hardest hit, now missing the rear window and the
drivers side/rear/top corner is crushed in, there is also a giant dent
above the drivers rear wheel.
They had a tarp over it when I went by today.

about 60 pics and 1/5 had significant light or lightning, pretty easy storm to take pics in, especially considering I was just sitting at the kitchen table haha. A line went down or a transformer exploded a few blocks away, tons of green light on the horizon but those pics didnt turn out to well

ha, it's a cannon powershot point and shoot set to night mode, drive mode set to continuous so I could get 3 pics off in about 1.2 seconds, and the flash off. Other than that, it's all "stock". I swear it is by far the best point and shoot you can buy. Every picture I have posted on this website has been from that camera. Sometimes I play around with the focus and shutter settings, but usually it is just set to auto or sport mode for action shots.

here are some of my favorite shots from that camera

landscape mode with manual focus

action setting with an even faster shutter speed. the picture is decieving from this angle, which I didn't like, but ther ewas no way to get lower. The falls at that point are about 15' long

just auto setting
