Default 2000 Tracker Front CrossMember replacement Procedure

Hello,

I just bought my daughter a 2000 4 wheel Tracker.
The Front Croos member rusted out on passengerside.

I bought a repacement Crossmember and would like to have the replacement procedure, Can anyone point me to the procedure to replace the Frone Crossmember?

Thanks in advance.
