Finished up the last little fab/mechanical details and moved to mounting storage bins and what not. I am really liking having the interior gutted...so much more room and having the seats lowered makes it fit me a ton better

Not a bad trip. Cut it a little short do to a pretty substantial engine oil leak....looks to just be the pressure sender for the gauge so that's good. 5 mins in my steering died....pump started making horrible noises, wouldn't steer, ect. I started limping it back to the trailer and by the time i got there it was fine and was fine from there on....not real sure what to think there.

Treps fucking work....holy crap....i knew they would be better in the rocks but they are simply better every where...maybe it's just because i have power now but they just seem to hook way harder than my ltb's.

Motor feels good....tons of power.

Overall very happy.....looking forward to getting some seat time in and sorting out the bugs

Installed a psc steering pump today and redid some of the plumbing for the steering. It worked before but not super well...hopefully this helps.

At this point i would call the thing 90%. I have wheeled it 2x and it works good. There are small things here and there but it's definitely not bad. Headed for Harlan this week

You out a ls in this right? If so, which PSC pump do you have, thinking I want to get one to help solve my issue too.

Built jeep tough with some chevy and ford stuff.

http://www.pscmotorsports.com/engine...-can-6-an.html

Only issue i had was i had was i previously ran a stock pump from a ls powered van so it was remote reservoir and they are designed to return to the pump whereas the psc pump returns to the reservoir. Not a big thing, more of a notation.

Poor thing has been sitting in the garage ignored.....hopefully will be getting it out this weekend.

Been thinking a lot about transfer case upgrades:

Anybody ran a lomax 205? It draws my attention because the truck is already setup to run it and the 3:1 would be dead perfect based on the wheeling i have done so far. That and i don't know what else to run.

Doubler would be way to long/heavy
