hey guys,my friend and i just changed the front brakes on his 1996 chevy silverado. it was pulsating bad and we thought the rotors were warped. new pads and rotors and still pulsates. any ideas?
if it has been adjusted up to tight in the rear the drums will shake whether the brakes are applied or not. back off the drum adjustment and see if it stops
Yes the slide pins were cleaned and they were regreased. And he can feel it when its mostly under heavy load and he can feel it through the pedal and the steering wheel
well we turned the back drums and its gone. thanks guys :thumb:
