i have a 85 ford f150 with the 300 straight six.it leaks oil from in between the block and head. i have not noticed anymilky oil or the oil level rising alot but it has been leaking to
I'm thinking its not the head leaking. its more likely the side cover gasket. and in most cases the Oil sludge is so bad the oil return holes have plugged and the whole side cover & sometimes the valve cover are full after running all day. do yourself a favor and check the oil in the morning before you start it. it might be way over full. secondly smell the oil if its over full. if it smells like gas the you could have a fuel pump leaking into the crank case.
yah i didnt think it was the head because it runs good it just seems to leak a lot of oil in that one spot and you can watch i buble but that could be because of heat i guess
