You can not find a generator on the shelf here at all and the storm has not even gotten here yet. I got some bottled water on monday. Guys at work were saying that Wally-world was out of it already on wednesday. Gas here has not gone up yet. Though one of the refinerys is about a mile from my house. NOLA is going to in trouble if they take a direct hit. It will be nothing but the tops of the high rises sticking above the water. A good place to tie the boat up and party though.... BTM.
I hope at some point someone realizes that you shouldn't build a city on the coast and at the mouth of a huge river with the city being below sea level, in hurricane alley, and in tornado alley. OMG a distaster!!!
None of them perdicted such a drastic southern turn, The blue square one is the closest so far.
