Over the next week-couple weeks we will be working on prototypes to start building production parts from (Mostly XJ parts and pieces). So I figured I would post pictures here for everyone to take a look and give their opinions!
This was something we knocked out last friday. We get alot of questions about buying just the MJ rear bumper mounts, but until now we had no way to make them quickly and nicely. Here are the Rear bumper mounts we will soon have up on our site:
Today we are working on 97-up XJ Rear 1/4 panel guards. These are the 97-up for jeeps with factory fender flares. These are made out of 1/4" steel.
These should be on our website forsale in the next couple days. We still have a few more things to adjust and get a full production setup ready.
Front bumper brackets are a HUGE PITA! You have to cut open the front uniframe and do some serious surgery to get good strong mounts on ZJ's or WJ's. Because of this, you probably won't see anyone selling DIY mounts for them. They become way too much hassle for what they are worth.
Those rear quarter guards are sweet! If i wasnt parting out my jeep i would buy a set...I always wanted a set. There used to be a company called rock lizard fab that made them and they decided to stop making all there xj stuff...They sold ones like you made there and then they had matching ones to go on the doors too, i always loved the look of them. They also made some cool a-pillar light mounts for cherokees....I always wanted some of those too....Not saying i want anything for a cherokee, just giving you some ideas
Here are the 84-96 1/4 panel guards. Nothing really fancy, but should be very affordable! I am sending this set out in the morning, so we should have better pictures when installed on a nicer jeep then this rust bucket we have at the shop!
Couple more pics of the skidplate:
Still trying to line up our Np242 jeep to come and build a skid around that pig...but hopefully soon!
Tomorrow we start working on Gas Tank skids. This stuff should start trickling on our website over the next couple days!
Do you have any need for an XJ with a BDS long arm kit for testing? I can bring mine out to you and leave it there for a while. It's been parked since the beginning of May and I'm broke so I won't be using it any time soon.

Brian, I'd be more than willing to let you guys take my ZJ for a few months for prototyping (that is, if you had any interest in getting into the ZJ world)....course it's still lacking an engine but if you can get it down there you're more than willing
Wow guys! Super clean work. By far the best looking XJ skids I have ever seen. :thumb:
