That's not how it reads, although I believe that's how it was intended. HR says it's not going to be changed...
Legally they can't dictate whether an employee owns firearms. They can say that you can't have them while working or on company property but no company on American soil can strip any American citizen of their rights guaranteed by the Constitution.

So if the contract is signed and then you are fired because of owning and operating firearms on free time off company property, then you have legal grounds to sue for violation of constitutional rights? GL4x4 legal advice :rock:
Consult a lawyer... but I would sue the living fuck out of them and start a media campaign that would wreck their souls.

I asked my wife who is a lawyer. She's says it is unequivocally a constitutional violation, and a void of said contract.
