Yeah. I used to do it back in the day. You have to stack the deck before hand but you can cut it and it doesn't matter.
Actually, you can take a brand new deck and do it. It HAS to be in order before you start the trick (like a new deck would be).

I learned that trick about 25 years ago but it's a little different. It involved a poker dealer that was dealing his hand from the bottom of the deck. All the players get full houses but the dealer gets a straight flush.

I can't remember all the details of how you deal the hands, but it's like you cut the deck 5 times and then shuffle it. Works every time.
