I know there are a lot of people who want to pick things apart, such why did I keep the a/c...where are the heater hoses in the picture...etc...
Its not perfect, but its what I like (not the missing hoses) and I'm williing to share it with all who want to look at it. Some people prefer Dodge over Chevy over Ford...blah blah blah.
Just enjoy my buildup and if you like it, great! If not, I'm sure you will build yours different.
By the way here is a more updated photo (the first photo was before it was completed):
Notice the following that was missed in the first HEMI photo:
-Heater hoses hooked up (yeah)
-Overflow bottle
-Oil dipstick tube now in place
-even the nuts on top of the radiator have been put to better use..
I will update this thread later with how the jeep started when I bought it to what I have done to it to get it to what it looks like today: the lift, bumpers, and all the other accessories.
Also, I will have some in progress pics of the hemi build.
Keep looking.
thanks
PS
I wanted to keep the A/C and I like it that way.(By the way, I wish I had the top up and the A/C on the last time I went through a mud hole on the obstacle course in Holland...I'm still cleaning out mud from the inside of my jeep, but that's another story)
Sometimes the top is up.
Sometimes it is down
Sometimes I only remove the rear window
Sometimes I remove the side windows
Shoot, I even put the hardtop on sometimes
That's the best thing about my jeep, I can do whatever "I" want.
