Not sure how set you are on the tri county area, but I went to a wedding at Castle Farms, in Charleviox this fall.
It was awesome. The place has been totally rebuilt.

as I mentioned it's been a while so I'm not sure how much has changed. at the time it was up to us to hire a bar tender for the serving of drinks (the champagne) as well as up to us to provide the alcoholic drinks. (again the champagne).

not having to pay a surcharge to the venue for both purposes really helped us decide on how/what/where to spend our money.

it really was a neat place.

Drummond Island REsort also has a beautiful outdoor chapel, or a martini deck right on the beach. I got married there.
