Default Whats different between a XJ and YJ D30

What are different between a D30 from an early 90s wrangler and my 94 XJ. besides the obvious spring mounts and axle disconect are other parts compatable. Mainly the diff carrier and R&P, they are both high pinion, right?
What about axle shafts, knuckles, unit bearings, rotors, calipers? I ask because I could get a D30 from a YJ with 4.56s and a locker and I want to put in my D30, and if I could use the other parts for spares.

Everything should be pretty much compatible. I know the 90 has the smaller u-jointed shafts, but I'm not sure if the 94 has the bigger ones or not.
