Unhappy My Mark Cross Edition Fifth Avenue has failed me!

DS power window quit. Thankfully I got it back up, but now have to ash out the rear passenger window.

Yesterday I throw in my kerosine gas can to head up to the gas station. I hear this weird spinning noise.....almost at the gas station too. So in an instant I spin it around and high tail it back home. Noise is getting louder. I pull in the driveway and turn the car off. My surpentine belt is starting to shread. However I replaced it less than a year ago. So I suspect something caused it. My suspicion is leaning towards that smog thingamajig pump thing.

Thankfully this didn't happen when I was coming home from work cutting through the hood. Car I could deal with losing, but not my free YJ doors I have stuffed in the ghetto cruiser.

When it blows up, there is an Imperial with your name on it in my condo complex. Problem is the son of the old lady that owns it thinks its going to be a collectable. I don't see that happening.

There's where you made your mistake! You put a new belt on last year. Look at some of the crap running around the ghetto, you think they do preventative maintenance? You probably gave the poor thing a shock to it's system, now it expects you to fix every little thing. Kind of like buying your wife flowers.. Try bringing her home flowers every week for a couple months, then suddenly stop bringing them and see what happens..
