Exclamation A V-8 Fiero with nos... PLEASE REMOVE...NOT SELLING!

WELL I KNOW IT'S NOT THE BEST PLACE FOR IT TO SELL QUICKLY...BUT ?
I's worth a shot....totally awsome chevy 350 with nitrous ..40,000 original miles..and ....stupid fasst !!! The car is named SICKTOY for a reason !!

Any one interested ?? It is appraised and insured for $16,800 but thats just what I have into it....It's a labor of love...hobby toy...And I know I wont ever get that back out of it......But anyone want to throw an offer out there ??

The body kit is an IMSA WIDE BODY KIT which costs $5,000
And the entire suspension front to rear is all powder coated silvervein in "06"

So I would like to get as much as I can for it...and the rules say I have to put a price on this post....so how about $8,000 for starters...Or trades ???

Oh yeah...it's a 4sd stick...and the motor only has around 15,000 miles on it
and 1 10 lb bottle throught it...the lower end bearings have been replaced after the bottle was used, so they are fresh...

it's a 30 over motor, vorteck heads, holly stealth intake and 750 carb..

and the centerline rims are very rare, 16" fiero bolt pattern...I cant even find them anymore...:tonka:

and she has always been garage kept...SPENT MORE TIME ASLEEP THAN AWAKE...

only ran it 1 time...I am no race car driver, almost waited till the light was green..ha..ha.. but without the bottle , it ran 10.9 at around 125 mph ish

then I was asked to leave untill it had a cage....still doesnt have one...

With me in it it only weighs 2,550 ..pretty light....

AND I KNOW THE LIGHTS COME UP ALL BY THEMSELVES AT 130...SCARY ! EVEN THOUGH IT HAS A 220 MPH SPEEDO..
.I WILL NEVER GO THAT FAST (130MPH) AGAIN..EVER...PERIOD..

Yes it does pull the wheels of the ground!!! And thats why it still has a cracked wishield..

the archies kit is $3,500 with a/c..
the body is $5,000 for the wide body..expensive I know..but still cool..
The suspension kyb stuff was about $1,500
the big brakes kit was almost $2,000 at the time ,now it's more..
The powdercoating was $750..evry single piece was done..craddle too..
The motor wasent free...I spent some on it..
The NOS cheater kit..
The stainless brake lines....
:chiefwoohaw::chiefwoohaw:
It just adds up fast ....no I put it all together...And its a built up stock style 4spd stick...

And it's ok to rip on it....I know I spent to much..And thats why I said I know I wont get that out of it.....All hobbies cost..and you never get it back out

I have driven a 327/340hp dual quad Fiero, and I can personally vouch for the fawesomeness of these kits. The stock transaxle is more than adequate for the hp/weight of car. And the front end gets very light on a WOT 4-3 downshift, at highway speeds. Sleeper of the century, hands down. Buy this and eat tuner-trash for lunch.

If you are not already a member, try selling it at www.fiero.nl

The greatest fiero forum I have ever found. And the only one too. I used to be a member back when I had mine.

Sweet fiero, I would like to build one, someday.

I am guessing fieros are unibodys?? How strong is the unibody, if so??

beyond a unibody really. it's a rolling space frame with plastic body panels affixed. the fiero was the "running producition prototype" for many of the saturn assembly processes.

(My father was part of the project from the very beginning - they even went over to Japan a number of times to study their production processes)

sadly, GM corporate politics doomed it from the beginning forcing partsbin cobbling of trash together.

first 'decent trans' was the getrag in 87 I think, and then in 88 it finally got a decent suspension - by then it was too heavy, lacked the production quality of the more economical/practical crx si, and the zip of the MR2.

My dad still has a small amount of original Fiero Team Store paraphenalia from the production plant (the old fischer body plant on Baldwin in Pontiac) including the 16'-ish long Fiero sign hanging in the garage

bump for what would obviously be a fun car.

way back in highschool I routinely had the fun of driving stock GT fiero's (let's not forget in the mid 80s stock fbody's and 5.0 mustangs were lucky to break 200bhp so there wasn't a lot out there that could be considered "fast" anyway)

I do apprieciate all the tips on where to sell it...

And the car is rust free, no rust anywere..accept the rotors during storage..

The way I figure it...yes $15,000 does buy alot of car...these days!
And this is alot of car...in a very small package.....It has everything done to be a road racer, street racer, car show spectical , or chick magnet !!

Like I said I dont expect to get what I have into it.....But there are not many
of these cars..with these options , in this condition...IN THE ENTIRE WORLD !

So I dont mind the occasional bashing...I know what I have..And am proud to have it....And I also understand ..that not everybody even likes them , It's kinda like a jeep thing....only completely different...

If I had tons of disposable income, I'd buy it.

I had a Fiero in college. They're fun cars.
