Default Who makes a good quality adjustable ball mount?

I have a 99xj that I tow a speed boat and enclosed trailer with. I just lifted the jeep 4.5 inches, so I need a drop hitch, I have been looking around for a fair priced quality adjustable ball mount. There is one at Harbor Freight made by Haul-Master, but I am somewhat skeptical about its structual integrity, coming from Harbor Frieght. Has anybody ever used this or can reccomend something. Thanks! Here is the link

i use the hf ball mount, i have not had any trouble with it. The most weight it has seen is around 2000 lbs. I dont know how much you plan on pulling but it work great for the little towing I do with my XJ

We used to flat tow our CJ with this setup. Now we use a different one for the weight distribution system.
