1986 Toyot MR2 Runs Great Fun Car Tons of Extra Parts Included.
I have a 1986 Toyota MR2 For Sale. It runs great, 1.6L 4cyl, 5spd manual with brand new Exedy Clutch Kit (Clutch Disc, Throw-out Bearing and Clutch Housing). Removable Sun Roof, Cruise, Tilt, Air.
New oil, Filter, Plugs (Bosch Double Platnimum). Has Aftermarket 5 spoke Rims with Goodyear All Season Tires that are in like new condition. I just replaced all four Calipers and Pads. There is a slight vibration in the front may be a rotor or an unbalanced tire but it drives good. Trans shift great and the motor looks and sounds good. The odometer reads 167K but I am pretty sure the motor and trans have been replaced. The motor does not leak and doesn't even show signs of leaking around the oil pan, front or rear seals, and even the Valve cover area. The only place on the motor were ther is oil is in the Filter area from changing the Oil Filter. Same goes for the Trans.
The exterior is fair. The two rear Quarter panels are rusty, typical for this car's age and being from this area. The Door are good, and pretty rust free as well as the rest of the body. There are a fewl small surface rust areas on the hood and front Passenger fender but the extent of the rust is on the rear quarters. The Driver Rear quarter is the worse, there is a decent rust hole behind the wheelwell below the side marker lamp and the passenger quarter is just around the wheelwell and isn't nearly as bad.
I have a '87 that I am parting and will include a complete set of Stock Aluminum rims with Falken Sport tires that are also like new and still have the injection nubs on them. Also I will throw in all four Strut Assy's from the '87 and Knuckle/Spindle Housings and larger Brake rotors as well if I get my asking price. In Addition I will include any other parts off the '87 that you may want for spare.
I am asking $1800.00 Cash no Trades please. This would make a great inexpensive daily driver. It is very dependable and the heat works great and believe it or not it does pretty good in snow with the all season radials.
If enterested, PM me or call me at 313-727-6698.
Thanks for looking.
