Default my laptop is frowning at me.

trying to split 2.4 gig multi page .pdfs into smaller chunks since the print vendor is having issues with the full sized files.

:/

while it's crunching the files, about the only thing that currently works in the other window (external monitor) is mozilla firefox :o

I really don't understand why they can't print 2.4 gig files. My Laserjet III that I have chillin in my office would spit that out in 2 minutes flat...

And if that broke down my Bubblejet would knock it out with no problems...

it would take a while. yes, they are 2.4 gigs, but they are roughly 3,500 pages each, 11x17.

I don't really know why they can't print them either. they have a gigundous production networked HP printer (I don't know the model, but it's "room sized") and it's simply puking on these files.

they have a call ticket placed with IT as well as with HP.
