Default Torching your hand...

So.. back in my days of building demolition derby cars in Joisey, I wasn't paying attention while using a torch. I had my left hand on the pass. quarter panel of an old nova and was using the torch to cut the rear wheel wells open.. I was cutting w/ my right hand in a counter-clockwise motion.. and I slipped, and the torch ended up on the back of my left hand..

scary part - no pain.. not good...

being the asshat that I am, I figured I'll be alright and went about my business.. about 2 hours later, the back of my hand was 1 big blister.. about 1/2 the surface area of the hand, and about 1/2" in height.. no exeggeration here..

that night, I had tickets to see the circus in Philly.. the g/f and I went down and were in the old Philly Spectrum (1960's era round arena).. we're walking through a mass of people in the inside ring trying to find our section when this 'C U Next Tuesday' decides it's her divine right to bowl through the crowd against the flow of traffic.. Her oversized purse smashes right into my torched hand.. as I look down, I notice that my blister is gone.. as I look back over my shoulder, I see this bitch w/ a purse all covered in burn goo..

serves her right.....
