Nope, sold that too. I bought a reliable, winter driveable 4runner.

I am buying an old classic vette however.

I'm getting out of the offroading sport for a while. No where to really go around here and no one to do it with.

Ha. What a disaster.

Well, get this. The dude showed up Saturday after flying here on a one way ticket to buy the Jeep. He was 6'6" and 280. He didn't fit in the jeep with the aftermarket seats I have and just decided on the spot that he wouldn't buy it!

I told him just to replace the seats with some stockers, but he was worried that he still wouldn't fit.

wow. Anyone want the Scrambler still? Its going on Ebay.

WTF? I'm 6'6" ~280# and I fit just fine in my CJ7s with Recaro sport seats. If he ran out of leg room, all he has to do is drill new seat mounting holes an inch or two behind the existing holes or cut a new mounting/adapting plate.

Being one that has to test fit cars for size, I find it hard to believe that he didn't know whether or not he'd fit in a Scrambler before he booked the plane ticket. Seems like the guy got cold feet and wanted an excuse to bail on the deal.

Looks like the incab cage makes it a pretty tight fit in there-
