What a wonderful retort. "A democrat wont fix this."

"The national debt is right where it has always been. Too high. A Democrat won't fix this."

Look at the "% change over term" here:

http://www.skymachines.com/US_Nation..._1976-2005.htm

Yeah, the Dems didnt decrease the debt per capita (Clinton did once) but they are doing WAY better than the "Smaller Government" Republicans. The ONLY decreases in debt per capita income were under Democratic control in the past 30 years.

What a joke.

Here is my retort for you: The Dems cant do any worse than the Republicans. Hows that for a retort? Take that!

First, you're wrong, they can do worse.

Please don't punish the nation with a vote for Hillary just because you aren't happy with Bush, It's immature. I hope you(not just you, but everyone) will find out where the candidates who ARE running stand, and make an educated decision based on the issues at hand. Otherwise I hope you(everyone) will stay home in November. It's nothing personal.

Do you know why in 2000 there was a surplus? I'll give you hint, it had nothing to do with the president. My point is that the national debt isn't going to be solved by anyone who gets voted into the white house next year. So why are you basing your vote on it?

What you should be basing your vote on are the real issues of the day like open borders/immigration, the war, the health care debate, appointing new supreme court justices, etc. Whoever gets elected will be focusing only on what can be accomplished in the next 4 years and getting re-elected for what they accomplish. You should keep that in mind when you vote.

So where do the Democrats stand on the issues of the day? Do you agree with their stand on the issues at hand?

I don't agree with any of their stands on today's issues.

No candidate can really make that much of a difference on their own. I don't know why educated Americans still buy into that theory. To become president they need to have the backing of their political machine. The political machine writes their speeches for the most part (one of my friends from college is a democratic speech writer) and they have advisers help them vote on the issues.
I vote on the issues, not the people.

There's no free lunch. You should have to work for what you want, and you shouldn't be punished for being sucessful. I'm not rich but if I were, I wouldn't want to share the fortune I worked hard for with lazy asses who feel the world owes them something.

To hell with Hillary.

Man, I really really really hope she doesn't win. I might actually leave the country if she's elected president. Not just because I dislike everything she stands for, but also because it will cast serious doubt on my faith in the American people.

Can I come with??
