im pretty sure the rim size is a suggested mounting.. and tire outer diameter is unmounted laying on the floor i believe..

why would you measure them any other way? No tire company can tell you how tall a tire will stand on your rig. That will depend on how much weight you put on it. All dimensions are without load.

Yes, but I don't see many people measure them that way. Almost every measurement I see is usually on the rig.

It's just like women's clothes. Just cuz they say it's one size doesn't mean it is.

Along with what brewmenn said tire height is also going to depend on wheel width too, but it won't make a huge difference.

Put in what happened to you in www.complaints.com A friend of mine put a complaint in on carpet he had installed in his house that was messed up. Within two day's the carpet company came out replaced his carpet and installed all of the other rooms in his house for free, and asked hi to put in a retraction on his complaint.

You should paint lemons on your tires.

didn't I see a documentary on PBS from Pro-Comp, that said the size of the tire is measured at the mold, and the actual tire diameter varies due to shrinkage in the cooling cycle. .....this is probably similar with Interco
(Maybe they stuck your tires in a dryer, and shrunk them.......do they smell like Bounce?:tonka:)
