Default Bumper w/receiver. need suggestions

I'm looking for a rear bumper for my TJ. I need a 2" receiver, and a couple of D-ring brackets would be nice. I had a draw-tite on there, but that sucks off-road on a stock TJ.

I will be towing with it, nothing more than a jet-ski trailer, so about 1200lbs. No long distance or highway towing, just around the area.

I've checked some out on quadratec, etc, but I can't buy something sight unseen, or without somebody who has actually used one recommending it.

Give me some Ideas, links, pics, etc. I'm figuring $200-$300?.

matt

I have been trying to get one from JCR for about 3-4 weeks. No luck so far.

im thinking about going with a Hanson bumper, i really like the look of them, or a Koz, but not sure either way will be expensive, i may design something and build it my self

I got mine from Grant4x4 up in Evart. Paid around $400, has adjustable height for the tire, 2 inch receiver, mounts for two d-rings, and two different mounts for a hi-lift. I just got it last summer but have been very happy with it. Let me know if you want a phone number.

We were talking about a discout for pictures and maybe some install instructions from you.... sorry we got out of touch as both of those things feel down our priority list as we shopped for a new building.

Things are winding down now though, so if your ready lets do it

Koz makes nice stuff, as do JCR. I've installed bumpers from both.

Jeeperman is what I have, but it's more than $2-300...

So does Zach at A to Z Fabrication.

Did a nice job on mine (custom), reasonable price, and shipping's not too bad.
