Default Possible good deals

I wish I was in the market and may be in the next month. I will get some pics on this week end. One is a cj6 up north near Hillman and the other is a 91 Blazer full size near Burton. Just seeing if Im wasting my time or if anybody is interested. The jeep I dont yet know the year or price but the Chevy seems to be a good deal. It has no motor, but all else is supposed to work good. The rockers are rusted out and the passanger door is rust from the bottom up, it already has a 4" lift but baby tires. Some thing like 900 bucks.

Still dont know the year of the Jeep but here are some pics. He is asking 3500 or best offer. I will be going back up over Thanksgiving if anybody wants more info.

The Jeep is a CJ8 or Scrambler and if the body is sound that's a great price.

Isnt a CJ8 and Scrambler the same thing? This is just an extended CJ7, I thought it was a CJ6.

CJ8 and Scrambler are the same, and your pix are of a Scrambler (CJ8)

CJ6 is completely different. (Trust me, I have several of each)

I looked alittle closer and did notice that the door cut out is different but the doesnt the scrambler have a bulk head behind the seats. This is open like a cj7 but longer.

The bulkhead bolts in, and is removable, Marc. The blue Jeep is a Scrambler/CJ-8 (looks like it may be an '81 based on the narrow axle width, but it's hard to tell). The full soft top is an aftermarket item.

EDIT: The T-176 trans would suggest an '82+ year, but it may have been swapped in, too.
