Default Testing Waters- 1992 Ford Mustang

Well Im debating on selling my '92 LX Hatch. Has 73xxx original miles. Red with red interior. (Either like it or hate it) Its a very clean car for its age. Original 5.0, 5 speed. She's been my daily driver for the last year and a half and served me fine. Very reliable, starts every time shifts smooth. i would not hesitate to drive this car anywhere, once the torque box's are repaired. (Drive it every day now.) Has the basic mods for these cars. Heres a short list

-BBK cold air intake
-BBK shortie headers
-BBK O/R h-pipe
-Flowmaster 40's
-Motorsport wires.
-Short throw shifter
-New radiator. (just a Murrays 2 row, works fine)
-180 degree thermostat.
-Has the old South Side lower control arms on it right now. (I have brand new Lakewood lowers in box)
-Yoko 225-50-R16's all around.
-New shocks and struts.
-Was told by previous owner that it has ported heads and intake.

Ran mid 14's at Milan last year (on street tires) Its a daily driver but when you put the hammer down it goes.;)

The Good.

-Very reliable car.
-Decent MPG. (around 17 city and got over 20 on the freeway up north.
-Looks, Runs and Drives great.
-Pretty quick

The Bad

-Has cracked torque box's (can e-mail pics) Still very Drivable though.
-Dent in drivers rear 1/4
-Very minimal surface rust starting on hatch and front driver fender.
-Could use a throwout bearing soon.

I will say again that this car has been very good to me and has only let me down when the radiator went. Put the new one in and hasent given me a problem since. I would drive this car just about anywhere, and beat some cars in the occansional street race too;)

Im lookin to get around $4,000 right now but will raise the price slightly if I repair the torque box's.

Feel free to call me at (248)229-7628 if you have any questions, or PM me here. Thanks, -Matt
