Default Caledonia Mud Bog end of Oct

Every year on teh last saturday of Oct. their is a Mud bog in Caledonia. I have never particapated or specatated other then driving past while it is happening (the area of mud is like 50 ft from the road). Has anyone ever gone to it? They do not charge for admission or extraction when stuck and i hear their is a big party afterwards. The area where they bog seems to me that it would be wetland and questionable. Anybody know what i am talking about I am debating on going over there to see what its all about, but i do not wish to particapate for personal reasons about the legality of it.

It's next Saturday. No admission, I don't think it's a wetland (might be now after the rain the last few days) a few years ago they had to pump water into it to make mud.

If you don't bring your rig go anyways. It's hours of fun watching stupid people in the mud. I'll be there I live just a few miles away.

I have run it a couple of times .Its not wet lands. If it wasn't torn up from a disc plow, and had water pumped into like the last few years I think you could drive a 18 wheeler out there when its dry

i went, was alot of hi dollar rigs out there. Parking was a cluster and seen a few vehicles get towed for parking in private drives. Be surprized if the township doesn't shut it down next year just due to all the housing developments in the area and all complaints i'm sure they are gonna get.

But i will say and flame me all you want but i seen ALOT (not all) of guys driving their trucks out in the field with beer in hand. Wasn't impressed.

What was up with the sign out front. Copper heights?
