93 E350 5.8 no start

I just bought a 93 van 5.8 liter ran great on the way home .
It stumbled a little when I started it but cleared right out ,The seller said he put new plugs in but they were cheap plugs and would change them .

We put 50 some miles on it yesterday ,stopped put gas in it and went home this morning its a no start cranks great just no fire .

Things I checked so far
Turn key to on I can here the fuel pump build psi then kick out turn the key to start just cranks

fuel inercha (sp) switch has not been tripped

does not smeel of gas at the tail pipe ? or allot I would think as much as I cranked it if it was getting fuel it would be pretty bad

fuse for fuel pump is good .

It has a alarm system on it I didnt mess with it at all .but could be suspect

it does sputter once in a wile after it has been cranking

Jeff

Spary some starting fluid in it to see if it fires, if it doesnt i would say a fuel problem. may have a lack of pressure.

Thank you! He ran to the gas station to get the fluid to check. Let you know what happens.

didnt fire? = not a fuel problem
check spark. take out one of the easy plugs and look for spark.

Did that has spark ,then I sprayed starting fluid to rule out a fuel delivery problem.

I wonder if there is a interlock ,that certain events have to be meet to fire.?

did you check with the plugs that are in it or with the timming light?

Did you, after the starting fluid was sprayed, hit the throttle? some of the throttle bodies wont let anything past it unless you depress the throttle.
