That is awesome.

Thanks,

I have one. Big surprise, eh?

It is awesome in the office environment. It's pretty easy to take apart the cube walls, turn it on and hide it where it cannot be found. It also has a volume control - it annoys best when you can just barely hear it above office noise. I bought it for a particular co-prankster that tried to sabotage my office chair with a whoopie cushion filled with water.

Within three days he changed computer monitors, had his computer inspected by IT and had a few of his florescent light ballasts changed out.
Within a week, he started wearing earplugs.

I removed it shortly thereafter. :tonka: Actually, thanks for the reminder, I think I put back while he is out to lunch...

Scooter, about how long does the battery last . . . I might be a victim myself I only hear a barely audible high pitch alarm once or twice a day now, it was a few times per hour a couple weeks ago. We have lots of alarms in my IT dept, but this one is so intermittent that I cannot even get a general area in the dept that the sound comes from.

Have you inspected your monitors?

We have two monitors here that if the white balance is set a certain way they squeal.

We only have LCDs, I would have noticed such a noise as we've solved that before. This is definitely a short electronic beep.

Not sure if the ad mentions it, but it does have a small magnet built in.
