Default FREE CJ parts extravaganza!!! (customer appreciation)

I'm doing some "housekeeping" in my pole barn, and have a LOT of small CJ parts in my loft that I don't need. There are a variety of brackets, canisters, hinges, etc. that I'm offering for free*. These aren't typically high-dollar items, but they are often hard or impossible to find aftermarket.

*IF YOU HAVE BOUGHT OR SOLD PARTS WITH ME PREVIOUSLY, you're welcome to any of these misc. parts for FREE. If you have not done business with me before, you can try schmooozing heavily, and I'll consider giving you what you need. :tonka: Be reasonable, and just take what you need, leaving what you don't for others who can actually use these parts for their CJ build.

Just a few of the items I have available (NOTE: blacked-out items mean parts are no longer available):
  • CJ lower door hinges w/backer plates & door limiter strap rods
  • CJ steering wheels (2-3 available)
  • AMC 6/8-cyl. flywheel inspection covers (several)
  • CJ Steering column surround "bezels" (several)
  • CJ cowl vent covers (several)
  • CJ 258/6-cyl. motor mounts (frame & block mounts...a few available)
  • Manual pedal assembly (one available, IIRC)
  • CJ transmission skid plates (several available)
  • CJ grill support rods
  • YJ bumperettes (painted, not chrome)
  • CJ 15" x 6" steel wheels (3 available)
  • Waggy spare wheel/tire (a little crusty, but tire holds air. 6 x 5.5" bolt pattern)
  • CJ radiator fans (3 available, 1 still has clutch setup)
  • Auto brake pedal assembly: This is an auto pedal assembly, I believe from a YJ. The brake pedal is small (same size as the pedal on a manual pedal assembly)
  • CJ headlights (several)
  • 258 exhaust manifold
  • CJ defroster ducts (small piece that bolts to the underside of the cowl and directs air up into the windshield frame)
  • CJ battery tray
  • CJ accelerator pedals
  • (1) CJ or YJ upper heater assembly
  • TJ seat base/slider (I believe this is the driver side)
  • Tan TJ fold & tumble rear seat (tan): Pretty nice shape, with just a couple VERY small tears (hardly noticeable). Does not include mounting brackets.
  • MANY more little CJ parts.

If you're local, give me a call and swing by my place to take a look at what I have. If you're out of the area, let me know specifically what you're looking for, and I'll let you know if I can help. I appreciate y'all buying parts from me in the past.

Thanks,
Craig

EDIT: Parts that are spoken for:
  • CJ lower door hinges w/backer plates & door limiter strap rods *Don Briney (BOBCAT)*
  • CJ 258/6-cyl. motor mounts *Don Briney (BOBCAT)*

  • YJ bumperettes (painted, not chrome) *John (Cooter)*
  • Manual pedal assembly *John (Cooter)*

  • Auto brake pedal assembly: This is an auto pedal assembly, I believe from a YJ. The brake pedal is small (same size as the pedal on a manual pedal assembly) *Jeff (Shortbus)*
  • AMC 6/8-cyl. flywheel inspection cover *Harry (itselliott)*
  • CJ 258/6-cyl. motor mounts *Harry (itselliott)*
  • AMC 6/8-cyl. flywheel inspection cover *(booblinker)*
  • CJ Steering column surround "bezels" (several) *Scott Anderson*
  • CJ Steering column surround "bezels" (several) *Robdesigns*
  • Tan TJ fold & tumble rear seat (tan): Pretty nice shape, with just a couple VERY small tears (hardly noticeable). Does not include mounting brackets. *Ben (two_much_talk)*

  • Grill support rods *Konrad (howell_jeep)*

(1) Cowl Vent Cover, (For the Semi Totalled Scrambler) (1) Manual Trans Pedal Assembly (Grey CJ6), and the YJ Bumperettes (For the TJ, believe it or not- they bolt right up and are lighter than the factory bumper :tonka:)

Place them in the M170, please.

John - dunedog71 is in front of you for the YJ bumperettes (we're discussing pick-up options along with some other large parts). The other thing I realized is that the pedal assembly is actually from a '94 YJ 4-cyl. Will that work for you? I put these in the M-170 for you.

Chris - I belive I have at least one CJ turn signal setup, and will set aside a cowl vent for you, too. Please confirm that one turn signal will help you (I may have two...I'll look).

Craig

I can use a set of 6 cyl mounts, an inspection cover and a 3 spoke wheel.

I can give you the other cover I have already -as I blasted it and , well you know the rest- it showed its age.

I have a set of manual pedals and complete linkage you can have for Cooter.

Jacob,

They woudn't be free, but if you're interested in the set of four from this J-10, along with a 5th spare (same style, but crusty rim), I'd sell the 5 of them all with "roller" tires that hold air to you for $30. Let me know if you're interested, and you may be able to talk Adam into hauling them back for you tomorrow.

Craig

Craig - I would like the following:
*Auto brake pedal assembly: This is an auto pedal assembly, I believe from a YJ. The brake pedal is small (same size as the pedal on a manual pedal assembly)
*(1) CJ or YJ upper heater assembly

For those that wanted YJ bumperettes, I have a painted pair in Muskegon (sorry for the Hi-Jack)

Hope all is well brotha

Jeff

Noted, Jeff. Do you still have my number? Give me a call to figure out a good time to pick them up.

Thanks,

Hack - I really don't have any horn buttons worth mentioning. I think I may have one or two in my loft, but they're nothing pretty.

A friend on cj-8.com has first shot at it. Have I done business with you before, BTW?
